Aligarh Web Solutions expects that all depositors will exercise due care and diligence while making payments. Aligarh Web Solutions also recognizes that a deposit may be made erroneously or depositors/customers may change their mind.
Aligarh Web Solutions will examine each request for refund of charges and endeavor to make the refund. Aligarh Web Solutions India may also seek further information / documents and depositor must cooperate in this regard.
However, Aligarh Web Solutions is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of charges, particularly if it pertains to services which have already been availed or Aligarh Web Solutions has purchased digital goods such as domain, hosting, premium themes and plugins and logo designs etc. on behalf of customers.

You must request Aligarh Web Solutions in writing or by email([email protected]) for a refund and your request must reach Aligarh Web Solutions within 07 (seven) days from the date on which you made the online payment – the date on which you:
Made the payment online, electronically or through other means, OR
Handed over the cheque / demand draft to Aligarh Web Solutions or someone authorized by Aligarh Web Solutions for this purpose, OR
Dispatched the cheque / demand draft to Aligarh Web Solutions by other means. The written request stating reason for requesting refund must be sent to the address stated below and must contain all the following details pertaining to the amount, Date of amount deposit and

- If payment was made through credit card, please provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
- If payment was made online, please provide Payment-ID / online transaction reference number / ID.
