Cancellation & Refunds

At Aligarh Web Solutions, we are committed to ensuring fair and transparent processing of service charges. We understand that digital payments are becoming more frequent, and while we expect clients to exercise due diligence before initiating a project, we recognize that erroneous deposits occur or circumstances change.

1. Non-Refundable Services & Goods

Because web design involves upfront labor and third-party purchasing, Aligarh Web Solutions is not automatically obliged to make refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, decline any refund request—particularly in the following scenarios:

• The project development, coding, or design services have already commenced or been availed.
• We have purchased digital assets on your behalf, including but not limited to: Domain names, Linux Hosting packages, Premium Themes, Commercial Plugins, or Custom Logo Designs. These items are strictly non-refundable once registered or purchased.

2. The 7-Day Refund Window

If you wish to cancel an unstarted project and request a refund of your deposit, your formal request must reach Aligarh Web Solutions within 07 (seven) days from the date on which you:

• Made the payment online, electronically, or through UPI/Digital Wallets.
• Handed over a cheque or demand draft to Aligarh Web Solutions (or our authorized representative).
• Dispatched the cheque/demand draft to our office by post or courier.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a review of your refund, you must submit a formal request in writing or via email to [email protected]. Your request must clearly state the reason for cancellation and include the following mandatory details:

• The exact deposit amount and the date it was deposited.
• For Cheque/Draft: Provide the Cheque/Draft Number.
• For Credit/Debit Cards: Provide the last 4 digits of the card used (Do not share your full card number or CVV).
• For Online/UPI Payments: Provide the exact Payment-ID, UTR, or online transaction reference number.

4. Processing & Final Decisions

Aligarh Web Solutions will meticulously examine each request. We may seek further information or documentation, and the depositor must cooperate in this regard to facilitate the process. All decisions made by Aligarh Web Solutions regarding cancellations and refunds will be final and binding on the depositor.
